Inboxes
An inbox owns one or more addresses and stores their messages.
Lifecycle
- Inboxes live until manually deleted or the workspace retention policy collects them.
- Each inbox has a per-plan storage cap. Oldest messages are purged first when reached.
- Inboxes can be public (anyone with the URL reads it) or private (API-key gated).
Addresses vs inboxes
An address is a routable email. An inbox is the bucket addresses deliver into. You can attach multiple addresses to one inbox.
