how to request a refund
- visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you paid with. you can request a refund directly from your order page.
- or email billing@ephemail.io and we will coordinate the refund with paddle on your behalf.
- refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
renewals and cancellations
- cancel anytime from /app/settings/billing or via the paddle portal — no questions asked.
- after cancellation you keep access until the end of the current billing period, then the workspace automatically drops to the free tier.
- renewal charges (after the initial 30-day window) are handled case-by-case by paddle under their refund policy; contact us first and we will support reasonable requests.
